Storage tank is a kind of equipment mainly used for storing or holding gas, liquid and other medium . It is widely applied in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The main structures types are vertical tank and horizontal tank. The tank materials mainly use 316L or 304. Single or thermal insulation structure are adopted according to process demand. Polyurethane foaming, rock wool and glass wool are selected as the thermal insulation material . The interface of the tank body are connected by clamp , ferrule or flange. The main nozzle of the storage tank are as follows : manhole, breathing hole, liquid inlet, liquid outlet, CIP cleaning hole, thermometer, sampling valve, level gauge, level transmitter, temperature transmitter, sight glass, sight glass light etc. Volume can be designed and manufactured according to actual need . |
